Meet Clint LeBlanc
Southeast Texas is home, and helping people make their next move here is personal to me.
I’m Clint LeBlanc, REALTOR® with JLA Realty. I help buyers and sellers with homes, land and acreage throughout Beaumont, Hamshire-Fannett, LaBelle and Winnie, as well as the Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend lake areas.
I graduated from Hamshire-Fannett High School and earned my bachelor’s degree in marketing from Lamar University. My background in industrial sales taught me the value of listening, negotiating and following through. Those same principles guide how I work with my real estate clients.
I also bring the perspective of a real estate investor and property owner. I understand that a property represents more than a transaction—it can be a home for your family, an investment in your future or a place to enjoy the life you’ve worked to build.
My approach is straightforward: understand your goals, explain your options and keep you informed. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling acreage or looking for a lake-area getaway, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident about your next step.
My Christian faith and family are central to who I am. My wife, Brandy, and our children, Cora and Cort, keep me grounded. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, cooking and spending time with family.
